This coffee is a nice surprise coming from the Carribean (where outside Jamaica and the occasional Puerto Rico bean, coffees don't usually get much notice). A mild, lightly acidic cup at a lighter roast, this coffee gets a little more muted and well rounded as it gets darker. A great medium organic to add to any portfolio. 1-lb Bag. MEDIUM ROAST
