The moon goddess Aega has different legends. In one, she nurses Zeus as an infant and is later changed by the god into the constellation Capella. The most popular story is that Aega, the daughter of Helios and Perse, possessed such a dazzling beauty and brilliance that when the Titans attacked Olympus, they demanded that their mother, Gaia, hide Aega within the earth.

Aega, our dark roast, is rich and full-bodied with delightfully distinct bittersweet chocolate highlights.

This coffee blend combines a predominant amount of beans from Central America with dashes of Indonesian and African beans mixed in for highlights.
