Anahita is a Persian river goddess who rules over Venus and the moon. Her name means “pure” or "immaculate one," and she represents the cleansing and fertilizing flow of the cosmos.

A great tasting coffee without the caffeine, Anahita has a medium body and a chocolaty, smooth finish.

This coffee blend combines a predominant amount of beans from Brazil mixed in with beans from Mexico for highlights. We use a Swiss water process that is chemical-free, and produces beans that are 99.9% caffeine-free.
