How do I shop on kojava?
As you browse our site, you can add items from multiple roasters to your cart. You can always change the amounts or remove any items at any time from your cart. When you are ready to checkout all your items from one or multiple roasters will be listed. Think of kojava as your online, gourmet, coffee supermarket. Your order will then be shipped directly from the roaster.

Can I buy products from more than one roaster in one order?
Sure! As long as all the products are going to the same shipping address, you can buy from as many different roasters as you like in one order. Shipping always remains $5 no matter how many vendors you shop from or size of your order.

How can I change an order?
Please contact us or email orders@kojava.com as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed. If that particular order has already been processed and shipped the order cannot be changed.

How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us directly or email orders@kojava.com. Our goal is to make each customer happy.

How do I report a problem with my order?
Please get in touch with us at orders@kojava.com or contact us so we can help. Please have your order number handy.

Is it safe to shop on kojava?
You can shop with confidence on kojava. We use secure socket layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your credit card number so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. SSL is the industry standard for transmitting secure commerce transactions.

What method of payments do you accept?
kojava accepts the following credit cards as payment for orders: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Why did my transaction not go through?
Please make sure you are using a valid credit card and not a check card or cash card. Currently, kojava accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please make sure that your billing address was entered correctly and that you have sufficient credit to process this transaction. Also, please make sure that your credit card has a valid expiration date.

Will you sell my information or give it to other companies?
kojava takes your privacy as seriously as you do. To help ensure your privacy, we use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible. This includes your billing, credit card, and account information; all of which is encrypted throughout our system. Every newsletter we send comes with a link to unsubscribe. We do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform our customers about major new features to our website or promotions.
