kojava vendors ship products directly from their facilities to ensure freshness.

How much will shipping cost?
kojava charges a flate rate of $5 for shipping per order. That's it! Fill your cart with one item or 100 items, shop from one vendor or multiple, your shipping rate is always $5.

How can I change an order?
Please contact usor email orders@kojava.com as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed. If that particular order has already been processed and shipped the order cannot be changed.

How do I cancel an order?
